Q. Can I use the 10% Niacinamide Serum if I have normal skin? How will it be beneficial?
Yes. You can use our 10% Niacinamide+Cica Serum for normal skin as well. Even though the serum has been curated to treat acne, excess oil & pigmentation, for normal skin like yours, it will only further refine your skin texture & make it appear healthier.

The serum penetrates deep to unclog pores of excess oil, thereby eventually reducing the appearance of pores when used regularly, twice a day. Q. Can I use niacinamide and vitamin C together?
A. Yes, niacinamide and vitamin C can be used together. In fact, when used together, both provide brilliant results for fading the look of sun-induced discolourations. However, make sure to follow it up with sunscreen before going out in the sun.
Q. Can niacinamide cause sensitivity, redness or irritation?
A. Niacinamide typically doesn’t cause redness, sensitivity or irritation. However, some people may experience brief flushing when pure niacinamide and vitamin C are used together. This combination can convert niacinamide to niacin, which may trigger temporary redness. However, if this continues, you may discontinue using these two activies together & choose to use them in separate routines.
Q. Can I use this every day?
A. Yes, you can safely use this serum every day. Our serum is free of harmful chemicals and irritants as we aim to provide you best results backed by clean ingredients & cleaner formulations. Applying this serum every day daily will provide the most consistent results.
Q. Is this serum better for morning or night?
A. For best results, you can use niacinamide in the morning and at night. You can also alternate its use if you find that works better for you.
Q. What I cannot mix with niacinamide?
A. While there are a lot of myths and misinformation about which ingredients you supposedly can’t mix with niacinamide, research shows that you can use niacinamide with retinol, vitamin C, hydroxy acids and other skin care ingredients safely.
Q. Is 10% niacinamide too strong?
A. While 10% niacinamide is potent, it is a concentration that's safe to use. However, it may react differently on different skin. Therefore, we recommend patch testing first, and incorporating it slowly into your routine, watching how your skin responds.
Q. Can I use this serum around the eyes?
A. No! We recommend leaving the eye area and using the serum for the rest of the face & neck.
